Simon Gisby

Life Sciences & Health Care Leader, Deloitte

Simon is a Principal in the Life Science and Health care group at Deloitte and Deloitte Advisory Leader for the Future of Health. He has over 20 years of experience advising Life science and health care companies on corporate strategy, M&A, and capital strategies. He is currently focused on facilitating ecosystem partnerships across the Life Science and Healthcare spectrum with a particular emphais on attracting capital for emerging services and solutions tackling the most complex issues of care.

Prior to starting the Life Science and Health care Corporate Finance in the US for Deloitte, he worked in healthcare investment banking groups at Houlihan Lokey, and UBS. His clients include both the global multinational corporations as well as founder owned start-ups. He has won numerous awards for M&A services, written articles for the M&A Advisor, Wall Street Journal and Deloitte Center for Health Solutions amongst others and presented at numerous conferences on The Future of Health. Mr.Gisby is a graduate of Oxford University and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
